What You Will Build

Two courses. Seven classes. One complete marketing system.

Every session you will build something real—not homework, not theory. Something you can use immediately and grow over time.


Course 1  —  Brand Foundation Series  —  4 Classes

Start here. Build the foundation that makes everything else work—your voice, your brand, your people, and your business philosophy. Students who complete Course 1 arrive at Course 2 with clarity most businesses never have.


Class 1: Your Voice, Captured

A brand voice prompt that teaches AI

You have probably tried AI—whether that is Claude, ChatGPT, or another platform—and gotten back something that felt flat, generic, or just…not you.

In this first session you will create a brand voice prompt so specific and so personal that what comes back finally sounds like the person your clients already love. This is your foundation—and everything else in this course builds on it.

You leave with: A working brand voice prompt ready to use immediately—in whatever AI platform you choose.


Class 2: Your Brand, Made Clear

Brand guidelines and an AI-ready brief

Clarity is confidence. When you know exactly what your brand stands for—its tone, its values, the way it makes people feel—marketing stops feeling like guesswork.

In this session you will build brand guidelines that capture what makes your business unmistakably yours, and translate them into a brief that keeps every piece of AI-assisted content on-brand, every time.

You leave with: A brand guidelines document and an AI-ready brief you will use for every piece of content you create going forward.


Class 3: Your People, Understood

Two client avatars with emotional depth

Most avatars stop at demographics—age, job title, income bracket. Yours will not.

In this session you will build two client avatars that go beneath the surface—the real tensions your ideal clients carry, the desires they do not always say out loud, and the specific words that make them feel seen. When your marketing speaks to a real person with a real story, it stops being marketing and starts being a conversation.

You leave with: Two fully built client avatars with the emotional depth to make every piece of content you create feel personal—because it is.


Class 4: Revenue Philosophy

How you think about pricing, value, and money

Most service business owners set prices from uncertainty and explain them from anxiety.

In this session you will do something most businesses never do—write down exactly what you believe about the value of your work, what you will and will not do, and how you talk about money with confidence. When you are clear on your value, the number stops being scary. This session completes your foundation—and everything built in the marketing series draws from it.

You leave with: A completed Revenue and Business Philosophy page—your pricing beliefs, your boundaries, and your value language, ready to inform every piece of content you create going forward.

Course 2  —  Marketing Series  —  3 Classes

Built on the foundation from Course 1, this series gives you the operational system—the client journey, the content calendar, and the weekly workflow that makes consistent marketing sustainable.

Course 1 is a requirement to take Course 2.


Class 5: Your Client Journey

A mapped client journey and real communication pieces

Your client relationship does not begin at the sale and it does not end at delivery. There is a journey—from the moment someone first discovers you to the moment they become your biggest advocate.

In this session you will map that entire journey and build the first two communication pieces that matter most. You will know exactly what to say, when to say it, and how to say it in a way that builds trust at every step.

You leave with: A complete client journey map and two real, ready-to-use communication pieces—written in your voice.


Class 6: Your Marketing Calendar

A 90-day content calendar anchored to pillars and avatars

Consistency is not a discipline problem. It is a planning problem.

In this session you will build a 90-day content calendar rooted in the pillars that matter to your brand and the avatars you know by heart. No more staring at a blank screen. No more posting something just to post something. You will have a real plan — one that reflects your values, speaks to your people, and gives AI something meaningful to work with.

You leave with: A 90-day content calendar that knows what to say, who it is talking to, and why — ready to hand to AI and bring to life.


Class 7: Content That Works Every Week

A weekly workflow that keeps all of it moving — without running you ragged

This is where everything comes together. Your voice, your brand, your avatars, your client journey, your content plan.

In this final session you will build the weekly workflow that makes it all sustainable. Not automated in a way that removes you, but streamlined in a way that finally gives you time back. You are the director. This is how you run the show without the show running you.

You leave with: A repeatable weekly workflow that integrates everything you have built—so marketing becomes a rhythm, not a burden.

About Heike

Why I build this.

As a brand photographer, I have watched talented, passionate business owners invest in beautiful images—and then not know what to do with them. Their marketing stays inconsistent, their voice stays undefined, and those images sit in a folder instead of telling their story.

I spent 14 years in marketing—building campaigns, websites, and email workflows for a Fair Trade company where authentic storytelling was not optional, it was the mission. That work taught me what a real brand voice sounds like. And it is exactly what I keep seeing missing.

As a small business owner myself, I built this course because I want to share my expertise to help you succeed.

Questions you might have:

How much time will this take outside of class?

Plan for 30 to 40 minutes between sessions to review your materials and complete any light setup before the next class. The work happens in the room — the time outside is just making sure what you built is ready to use.

What do I need to bring?

A laptop is all you need. You will also need access to an AI platform — Claude or ChatGPT both work, and free versions are sufficient. Everything else is provided.

What if I miss a session?

Life happens. If you miss a class, you will receive all the materials and a written walkthrough guide so you can work through it before the next session. You also have access to one 20-minute catch-up call for the duration of the program — so if you get stuck working through it on your own, you are not left without support.

How technical is this course?

Not technical at all. If you can type into a text box, you can do this. The course is about marketing strategy and building your brand foundation — AI is the tool we use to bring it to life, and I will show you exactly what to type and why.

Do I have to take both courses?

Course 1 — Brand Foundation Series — is available on its own and is a complete experience in itself. Course 2 requires Course 1 as a prerequisite because the execution work builds directly on the foundation you create. You can start with Course 1 and decide about Course 2 after — or enroll in the full program from the beginning at a bundled price.

What makes this different from just using AI on my own?

AI responds to what you give it. Without a marketing framework behind your prompts, you get generic content that sounds like everyone else. This program gives you that framework — your brand voice, your avatars, your content pillars — so that when you hand something to AI, what comes back actually sounds like you. That is the difference between a tool and a system.

How many students are in each cohort?

Five to six. That is intentional. Small enough that every question gets answered, every business gets real attention, and the conversation in the room stays meaningful.

I am not a tech person at all. Will I be able to keep up?

Yes — and this course was built with you specifically in mind. You do not need to understand how AI works. You just need to know what to tell it. I will walk you through every step, every session, and the group is small enough that no question goes unanswered.
